Tags vs Categories

Alongside Flarum with a positive green tick for flexible tagging, Discourse has a negative red cross for category-based.

A positive green tick, for Discourse, would be closer to the truth.

I'm doubly frustrated because after I pleaded for installation of an extension, to fix the problem, you seemed to take things off-topic – away from the problem and the requested fix.

Eric is the Flarum administrator. I try to help by telling others to submit their requests on GitHub. That is where Eric will see them. He is often very busy. He asked people to open tickets so he can organize his work better. GitHub also helps make everything more open. If requests stay only in the forum, they might be forgotten. Your request is important. It should not be lost. :-)
