I have been trying since 2 days to get the network thing go smoothly.
The wired i.e ethernet works fine but i have to run ''sudo dhclient ue0'' on every reboot
And i tried dmesg wireless or something like that then it detected mediatek wireless usbus0 ."ifconfig" the wireless one i.e my mobile hotspot isn't showing.
I have installed ghost bsd in my laptop i.e acer aspire a315-24p
i want to connect to the network like windows seemlessly
Which desktop? MATE or XFCE?
MATE autostarts "Network Manager" to aid in net connectivity.
is "ue0" listed in the /etc/rc.conf

we need specific information from your pc to help answer your wifi connection problém.
sh helpmywifigo.sh > mywifi_info.txt
find shell script file 'helpmywifigo.sh' under files section of https://t.me/ghostbsd telegram group.
ifconfig ue0
networkmgr usially works to make an internet connection.
dhclient ue0 is goochoice
is your mobile hotspot a 2.4Ghz band or 5ghz band wifi signal output? which band ( 2.4 or 5) is your computer looking for a wifi signal?
Did you mean that you use a usb cable to tether you cellphone internet to your computer? and connect with this CLI command. looks good to me. wlan0 is usually what networkmgr works with.
dhclient ue0
