What Version of GhostBSD Am I Running?

When I try `ludo@ludo-ghostbsd ~> sudo pkg info os-generic-userland | grep Version
pkg: No package(s) matching os-generic-userland
ludo@ludo-ghostbsd ~ [1|1]>

So I guess that code is outdated? How do I get the information I need?
Installing Screenfetch just gives information about the FreeBSD kernel and such.

The first mistake is relying on a deprecated wiki page. ;-)

To check which version of GhostBSD you're running, use the following command:

cat /etc/os-release

This command, while originally a Linux convention, is supported on GhostBSD and can be especially helpful for users transitioning from Linux.

You can use this command which is similar to the one from the deprecated wiki entry:

sudo pkg info GhostBSD-runtime | grep Version

I think the 1402000 means FreeBSD 14.2. If so, you're up to date

On the MATE desktop, System > Preferences > Hardware > system info presents the OS and kernel versions.
