Latest updates hide device names

Post by nevets »

Hi, trying not to be pedantic...
Following updates of 23rd June, the Applications > Sound & Video > Sound Preferences dialogue no longer shows the sound hardware, leaving the tags off /dev/dsp lists.
I.e. I don't see labels for 'front analogue', 'rear analogue', 'HDMI', 'USB'...
I this because the update added pulseaudio to the package list? O am I missing something?

Having the tags helps diagnosing issues.

OSS did not work with libmateaudio so I forced PulseAudio, utile we can fix it.
