How do I import a root certificate in GhostBSD?

Post by chemikalguy »

I have a firewall that does SSL inspection, and it uses it's own CA to generate a cert. I keep getting errors because I need to install the root certificate. I can't quite figure out hot to do that in GhostBSD.

Thanks!

Anyone? Surely someone has had to do this. I can't even get to google.com because the system is flagging the traffic as a man-in-the-middle attack because the certificate isn't installed/trusted.

Well you would need root permissions and would have to add the relevant keys to the ssl folder, look for existing certs on your system (you would have to use a terminal session as su - otherwise you will just be denied permission and never find them).
