20.01 Fails on Booting from Install USB

Post by BSDaemon2020 »

I've downloaded 20.01 and made an usb installer, but when booting from it, it fails with the following error messages:

I've tried using two different USB sticks, and burning the image with dd in a terminal window, Balena Etcher, Win32DiskImager, and Rufus. It always gives me the same result.

Did you check your RAM with Memtest? Your usb drives were of same type/manufacturer? What about SecureBoot/UEFI options?
