Trouble replacing TrueOS by 19.04

Post by ajr »

Hi all,

This is my 1st post in GhostBSD.
I have a background with FreeeBSD as server OS but no experience with X-Windows or BSD desktops.

I have an outdated TrueOS installation on a dedicated SSD and want to replace it by a fresh GhostBSD 19.04.
After booting from the CD, I expected something like the BSD installer, but was faced with a lock order reversal crash. )-8
After a pause, it throws me in the X configuration Menu.

I attach a screenshot from the crash.

Any help appreciated,
Thanks, ajr

PS: I'm a mailinglist guy, quite unfamiliar with BBs. (-;
PPS: dmesg (from the TrueOS installation):
