Hello
I have an HP 430 notebook and I'd like to install ghostbsd on it. In LiveCD session, my screen resolution is 1024x768 (it should be 1366x768) and my WiFi card wasn't detected. I've found solution for the WiFi problem (i've yet to try it).
What made me curious was how to change the resolution. I'm afraid that once I install ghostbsd, the resolution would still be the same. How do I solve the problem?
Thanks :3
Screen Resolution in LiveCD Session
Re: Screen Resolution in LiveCD Session
It all depend of your graphic card. Can you tell us what is the graphic card?
Re: Screen Resolution in LiveCD Session
it's an Intel HD Graphics 3000.
Re: Screen Resolution in LiveCD Session
Can you look in /etc/X11/xorg.conf for the drivers name?

The solution is to be sure that you have the good drivers in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.
