Hi All,
When octopkg finally opened from menu, got this error even after recent updates.
pkg worked to do updates.

Synchronizing databases...

gksu: Fatal IO error 35 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server unix:0.0. 

Command finished with errors!

look like gksu had a probelm did you look on gksu?

I believe this issue should be fixed with this commit to the sysutils/gksu port:
