Avoiding kernel panics when booting in VirtualBox

If there's an unexpected reboot when attempting to boot GhostBSD in VirtualBox, you can probably avoid the issue in one of two ways:
  • boot in safe mode
  • set the virtual machine to use no more than one CPU.
