Chromium 94.0.4606.81_3 gives me an error message when I try to install Bitwarden and Ublock Origen:

Could not install package: 'FAILED_TO_COPY_EXTENSION_FILE_TO_TEMP_DIRECTORY'

Where is the temp directory? My /tmp directory has these settings:
drwxrwxrwt 10 root wheel 37 Jan 15 23:53 /tmp
