My cellphone hotspot don't show up among available connections in network manager.

Hi,
Yesterday i was able to connect to the internet thru my cell phone, running it as an wifi hotspot. I'm on Ghostbsd 19.04. But today no matter how many times i turn on and of wifi on the computer nor does it work to turn of the hot spot on the cell phone.
I see alot of other available wifi connections in the network manager but i have no use for them.
Any advice on this mattter?
Another question related to this, how do i connect to a network which is not listed under available connections in the network manager? Command line fu?
