Hello,
I checked the file GhostBSD.conf in directory /etc/pkg, I get:
GhostBSD: {
url: "http://pkg.us.ghostbsd.org/stable/${ABI}/latest",
enabled: yes
}
1- "us", I am in France and I do not understand why the url is linked to the us repository instead of France "fr" (there are mirrors in France)?
2- "latest", this is strange as I thought I was on the STABLE release, not on Development release.
packages conf
Re: packages conf
The default is set to use and there is a Frace server just replace use to fr. Latest only refer to the latest packages of the stable repository.
Re: packages conf
Oh, there is an unstable repository it is were the packages a sent first for testing before it gets to the sable.
Re: packages conf
Ok nice, and the unstable should be UNSTABLE instead of latest, right?
Re: packages conf
Whan I installed GhostBSD for the first time few months ago, I was sure to select France as language, keyboard, and time. In this case, is it normal to have the default repository located in US during installation? and maybe an enhancement is possible?

Re: packages conf
Oh just a question, I asked a question on GhostBSD dev forum without any answer. Maybe it was not the right forum, but in this case, let me know where I can ask a question, and on which forum to use?
Thanks
