I guess you want to talk about the video driver to choose when launching the live image?

If you haven't tried it, perhaps you should select 'VGA' and see if that works.

Yes using a common driver is useful to test the graphic card.

..........thinking about it, the list includes 'Vesa' which is the selection to try!
