What are the pros and cons of the UFS, UFS+S, UFS+J and UFS+SUJ filesystems ?
What would you recommend in which use case ?

In my experience (which is shared by some others) UFS SUJ may lead to instability. Disable journal, enable soft updates and you'll be fine.
