This mean xorg.conf is not there. I had just today the chance to try GhostBSD on ati laptop and it was not working. I have fix Intel problem but cause other problem. Its hard to fix problem on the hardware I don't have. But I'm looking further to solve that issue for the next release.Subit Piano wrote:/etc/X11/xorg.conf was not found
Things like ee, echo, startx, x, xwin, and help simply do not work...commands not recognized -- ??
I will try in another computer. Thanks for any further thoughts, though maybe i have to give up on this radeon-equipped laptop. FWIW, PC-BSD DOES work out of the box -- but a 4.5 GB installation without even including an office suite or browser??!!?? Wow! I'm a minimalist....
