A laptop ASUS A9T, video laptop built into the chipset (SiS 315). When you install GhostBSD 4.0 RC 1 not korektno opredilyaetsya video display with an extension of 800 by 600 without the ability to change it.
What do they write that the video chipset is sharpened on Windows! What to do?

Hi
You will need to install xf86-video-sis drivers.
The command for doing it from ports, if you are using 4.0.
Code: Select all
portsnap fetch extract
cd /usr/ports/x11-drivers/xf86-video-sis
make install clean
If you are using an old version of GhostBSD

right now it is a nightmare to do it is not really possible unless you want to do a massive bunch of command line in terminal.

This is weird and I will say that slide might hangs, but is the installation progress continue?

That sounds like the problem that I was having. It turned out to be the system having a problem with one of my USB sockets.
Try installing using a different USB socket.
