Post by unicorn »

I have ubuntu 20.04 on my hard disk,it has about 600G available.I want to give ghostbsd 500G.When I install ghostbad it wants to use the whole disk.Ghostbsd can't install alongside with linux? I should use Gparted make the disk into two? Which file system should I choose?ZFS or UFS?refind bootloader or ghostbad bootloadrr only?

@unicorn Use the custom partition option and note that the partition editor does not resize partitions. The partition editor only delete and create parition. I would recommend using refind. Has for the filesystem you can use whatever you want to try I personally use ZFS, but ufs is fine and does not need lots of ram like ZFS.
