I have installed using the GhostBSD-21.01.20.iso.

Problem is it doesn't specify the exact year.

That's not useful information.

How long is this release of GhostBSD supported ? Is it 5 years from the date of release ?

GhostBSD is base on FreeBSD, but we don't have the same release model. GhostBSD has CI/CD approach, so the project has a rolling release approach.
