Hi,
I use Linphone. It's available on all OS so it doesn't matter what device the other person(s) have.
My 90 year old Mum copes with it on her android tablet.
For security it has on-the-fly ZRTP audio encryption too if that's a concern.
Supports conference calls [more than one target] in audio only.
