Question about trueos-update on GhostBSD 1810.

I run GhostBSD in VMs (both VirtualBox and VMware Workstation 14. I thought I read somewhere on this site that the proper method of updating the OS is by using trueos-update. I've tried that, it downloads updates, then reboots to apply them but after I log back in and run the command again, the same updates keep appearing and eventually the disk runs out of space after a few iterations of this process. Anything I may be doing wrong?
Thanks,
Roger

Hi Roger.
GhostBSD has a pkg called update-station. This should notify you when you have updates. It's automatic. No need for commands.

So is update-station used for OS updates and OctoPkg for package updates?

update-station is used for boot, system, and packages. GhostBSD uses OctoPkg for a graphical package installer, at one point it will be replaced by software-station.
