Disk Encryption

I know that FreeBSD includes an option to encrypt a drive (with GELI?). But, does GhostBSD offer the same thing? I'm fairly new to BSDs, so if it isn't offered in a simple GUI, I'll probably mess it up. Ideally even if the root partition isn't encrypted, my /home partition should be. I use 'encfs' and 'ecryptfs' (Linux only, maybe) to do folder level encryption, and that works fine, but was hoping for something at a lower level, if possible. Thanks!
