Hello. Welcome to GhostBSD

https://forums.freebsd.org/threads/netw ... 11n.88055/

The above Forum post has 2 files for download. Put them in your
/boot/modules folder. Then your wifi should be able to connect

https://forums.freebsd.org/threads/netw ... 11n.88055/ Read this forums post . Maybe FreeBSD 13.2
uname -aKmnopr works better they fixed a bug in the RTWN driver specific to the TP Link TL-WN823N RTL8192eu Realtek chipset.
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_ ... ?id=247528

Report back working or not working. The RTL8192eu chipset can SCAN for access points to connect with, but then does not connect at all. FreeBSD driver bug inn if_rtwn.ko and if_usb_rtwn.ko files
Fred GhostBSD forums, learn from reading these 2 forum posts and testing on your rtl8192eu USB Realtek Dongle
