En consultant le Telegram de Ghost, j'ai lu que le développeur principal a détecté un éventuel souci avec l'installateur en mode bios, il regarde le problème rapidement et publiera une iso corrigée si besoin.

En principe le bootlader ne pose pas de souci tu peux installer celui de Ghost ou non après avoir partitionné ton disque.
