I bet there's a way to get my laptop wifi working but probably need a terminal 1st...the desktop looks very usable though... You can temporarily work around this problem, using ALT+F2 to launch a shell, say bash, and ticking "run in terminal". ;) The link you provided about your notebook ...

Based on info from PC-BSD docs, looks like there is no 'native' FreeBSD driver yet for your card, but you can get it working using "ndisgen" (a.k.a. windows XP drivers). http://wiki.pcbsd.org/index.php/Wireless_Testing Seek further help for details, cause I'm too newbie to the BSD world. ;)
