Re: NVIDIA Switchable / Primus working?
Please look in Software Station. There are some packages: nvidia firmware driver and config files. You can try it and install one. I think they work with GhostBSD

Re: 25 Sept 2020 upgrade to 12.2 Stable failing
Many thanks for your answers.
With sound I tried a lot. But bad luck.
My tax app does not run on wine, only on windows. I have tried it also.
I play with GhostBSD on my spare machine. It is a question of time, when it is ready for me.
Have a good time with GostBSD. It is a great OS.

GhostBSD is based on FreeBSD 12.1 stable. 12.2 is a upcoming https://www.freebsd.org/.
And if GhostBSD change its base to 12.2 or 13 it is up to ericbsd.

Re: Failing to boot after install
VBox tells me that there is a more recent version of guest additions available and I should get the guest OS to install that. After upgrading (92 packages. 46 minutes.) I find that I have no idea what BSD calls the VB guest additions. None of my guesses came close. VBox is rearly an issue. Oracle d...

Burning of .iso image not possible
ericbsd Today I tried brasero, k3b and xburn to burn an iso image, but not possible. It says: cannot find a optical media. But if I insert a video-DVD, VLC-player works fine. Last time (14 days ago) I copied a dvd and saved it as an iso image on the desktop. I used brasero. Or is this the reason? I...
