Yea, to me OpenSSL or LibreSSL still the same LibreSSL is a fork of OpenSSL, and OpenSSL team have fix vulnerability which compare to Oracle speed to Java vulnerability.

The base system have CLI tools to do that, but I am not aware of a GUI tools ported for that.

Yes that is true, but to troubleshoot the system I need the log from the actual system having trouble.
