since it fresh in my mind remove dhcpcd it is conflicting with the dhcpcd in the base and cause some problems with resolv.conf.

Yeah delete py27-qt5-core-5.10.1, I know that GIMP is always a problem to update, but the last update did not GIMP on my development systems.

You might have a pkg that does not get updated properly.

Do you have Gimp installed?

Doing sudo pkg upgrade you will see where it is failing.

If you are on the latest build, it is very unstable.

Also, pkg.freebsd.org is not the repository, pkg.ghostbsd.org is the repository.

If you comment(#) the 2 pubkey lines in /etc/pkg/Trail.conf pkg should runs fine.

wb7odyfred It should work with UEFI and Legacy BIOS. Will GhostBSD 18.12 install support using existing custom partitioning that was completed before the GhostBSD 18.12 installation started? No I do understand that FreeBSD 11.1 kernel for previous GhostBSD 11 .ISO file supported BOTH BIOS and UEFI....

1. GhostBSD uses all the same command than TrueOS.
2. No, so far GhostBSD does not support in an already installed in a ZFS BE.

3. It is just different premade Mate desktop layout kinda like Ubuntu MATE.

sudo with the password inputted should look like that

If you type something nothing will appear. When you press enter if your password is right it should work like this

sudo is to run service dhcpcd.wlan0 restart as superuser. it asks for your user password.
