Re: Why are there no links to ghostbsd.org?
IMHO I find it frustrating that I can't click on a link in the forum header that takes me to the ghostbsd.org web site. Coming to the forum(s) is feels like being trapped. Like it's not even associated with the GhostBSD web site. Just saying. It just seems that it'd be handy to have a link at the t...

Re: Can GhostBSD implement some benefits from HardenedBSD?
Can GhostBSD implement some benefits from HardenedBSD? Like Safestack Protection? I would like to see if there would be an build bot that checks to build ports with safestack protection enabled  ! GhostBSD is based on FreeBSD. If you want HardenedBSD's features, just use HardenedBSD :)

Re: How to install with encryption?
GhostBSD installer currently doesn't support encryption, so I think it's not possible nowthetruemasterq wrote: ↑Tue Nov 05, 2019 6:32 pm Is there a way to install GhostBSD with encryption?
Or is there any plan to enable this?

Re: GhostBSD 19.10 Now Available
I think FuryBSD is iXsystems' answer to Project Trident's decision to switch to a Void Linux base. It's XFCE based.

Re: System stuck when shutdown
I think the problem is with ACPI, not OpenRC's savecache itself. With the old GhostBSD 19.09 even when successfully upgraded to 19.10 it still doesn't show additional information after Saving dependencies cache... I deleted the savecache server, the boot time seems to be a bit slower and shutdown a ...

Re: How to read system startup message again?
ntp said it has problem resolving freebsd time server 0.freebsd.pool.ntp.org, after the system successfully boot into MATE, I checked with ps aux and still see ntpd running. The problem is it seemed ntp can't set date time. When I switch between Windows and GhostBSD, GhostBSD's date time doesn't cha...
