Swedish keyboard in console

Hello,

I chose Swedish keyboard during installation, it got "installed" as "swedish.iso" in rc.conf, which results in a keyboard not found error. It should be "se", which works, or possibly "swedish.iso.kbd", which I did not try.

Perhaps someone has use of this note...

Re: 11.1 RC1 XFCE installation image problems

I found the problem with the BIOS computer, the Acer. I thought "removable" in the boot menu meant USB, but no, the USB is a hard disk and thus found under "harddisk" in the boot menu... Succesfully installed on the Acer. On the other one (Lenovo 50-55) I tried to boot again and get the error messag...

11.1 RC1 XFCE installation image problems

First, on a BIOS machine the stick does not boot at all, the computer sees it as nonbootable Second, booting on an UEFI computer goes fine until I get to "login", there it stops. There is an error message on both; "Secondary GPT header is not in the last LBA". The checksum for the image was OK, I ha...

Re: Xcpustate, asmem etc and kvm

Not sure it fit the definition of "actively maintained", personally I would be inclined to define it "museumware"
By "actively maintained" I meant, that someone has been doing something with it recently.

Re: Imake and X11 .rules [SOLVED]

Thanks!

It somehow solves the issue as it tells me I should give up. To much effort to put into outdated projects....

Re: Imake and X11 .rules [SOLVED]

I think everything got a bit confused here. The problem is with Imake on GhostBSD, not any kind of Linux. The problem with Imake is that it can not create the makefiles, because it inserts a space in a filename, that should not be there. It does this with all programs I have tried, the Imake.tmpl fi...

Re: Imake and X11 .rules [SOLVED]

Have you looked into the file ? Yes, on both GhostBsd and Salix 14.2, it is the same file. The encoding is UTF-8, maybe that causes some problems. Or maybe that I am using Swedish in the system? Can you post the file on pastebin or a similar service ? I do not know what pastebin is, but if you want...

Apparently the error in in that file, at line 2144 ...
Not in that file, but in whatever is processing it.

So something is wrong with the Imake package, not a GhostBSD issue really...
