Just run rc-update by itself it will give you the list of services and at what level they are.
also, savecore might not be set up.

You can remove dumpon and savecore from boot services.

What do you mean about the system freeze? The second option brings you to the single-user mode. It is mostly used for fixing problems and will stop you in a root shell. Warning: It is safer to backup and reinstalls GhostBSD with an iso. If you follow these steps properly, everything should be fine, but I would backup all the important data in another drive or a NAS. The development has not stopped we are moving to GhostBSD base on 13.0. Do not expect any new update for GhostBSD base on 12.0.
