I would like to uninstall microsoft edge.
What is the appropriate way, under GhostWriter?

Installing Microsoft Edge on GhostBSD is a rather custom installation process including setting up linux compatibility. Uninstalling would be a matter of undoing the steps you took to install it.

I 'll simply not use edge ever again.

So, a lesson for a permanent newbie, like me:
only install software from the official Software Station.
