Anything I should know before I install? My MATE install got deleted by my dad....

Like is Gershwin still beta? I'be seen it on a vid., it is looking good. A QT MATE, can I make the top bar like MATE?

Any walk-through/how to use vids.?

I contacted the Gershwin devs back in march and this was their reply.

It's a little bit in the early stages where we are still trying to get the basics working, but things are getting a little more stable.

I have the prevuew .iso, if I install later it will update the DE right?

Not sure, I just test the iso on the slowest machine I have and go back to GhostBSD.
The desktop refresh on gershwin seems to need reworking.
It is just not responsive on old hardware yet.

Wow, it has no software, it is just the DE. The top is a bit confusing, how do I get dark mode? Also the network is disabled. Do I have to add these lines again? Add to loader.conf in ghostBSD

Will ZFS Utils & zfs dkms read the FS, so I can add it from linux? Also can I make the top panel look like Mate's? How do I enable the networj? if Mare was QT, I would just go back to that. Any plans for a SonicDE flavor>
