Trying to live boot GhostBSD and getting "cannot read termcap database"

Hello,

I am trying to live boot GhostBSD from USB on my Lenovo Yoga 7 2-in-1 16IML9 and it seems to open the launcher fine. However, when I boot single user, the terminal starts loading but stops with the message "cannot read termcap database". It seems to want me to write something in the prompt, but I wasn't sure what it was and my googling has been unhelpful to say the least. Any help is appreciated!

Single user mode boot to a shell, not the the normal boot.

ericbsd Whenever I boot, I boot single user mode and it seems to move data around, then gives me a message saying "Welcome to GhostBSD! Please wait." Then it just boots back into Windows. Any clue why it's not loading into the live environment?

Dusty_Rhodes The Single User Mode is just there for maintenance, it is comparable to the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE). You will always get a shell there and no graphical interface of the live system.

Even if you plan to have only one user you have to boot the default option "Boot Multi User" or "Boot Installer" or whatever number one is called. 😊
