Hello Edward, can you provide more details as what you are working to accomplish in setting screen size and screen font size to help with your VISION needs?
Detailed answers from you, Edward's, previous post
I read your previous answers in your post, to my present following questions. OSD stands for ?? On Screen Dxxxx ?? What is you monitor hardware make, model, or URL to the specifications; and screen pixel size support? 1920x1080 or other pixel size dimension like 1024 x 768 or 1280 x 1024 ? Does this support multiple screen dimension sizes?
I look forward to helping you have satisfactory VISION experience with your nice Monitor and computer running GhostBSD.
I am curious to know if you use ORCA screen reader with GhostBSD operating system to help with your limited vision, Edward? Software Station can help install ORCA for you, from the binary packages.

MATE has limited fractional scaling, but adjust DPI:
- Menu → System → Preferences → Appearance → Fonts tab → Details button → set DPI (e.g., 144 instead of 96 for HiDPI screens).
Posting now, before I make a too complicated answer, Edward. Fred Will research setting monitor details from the Operation System.
