I'm very new to GhostBSD, but as I see it, the good people at GhostBSD invested a lot of time and effort to make a version of FreeBSD that had really good desktop environment integration, BSD for the common man, as it were, with the choice of 3 desktops, those being Mate, Xfce and Gershwin.
Now, if you want to instead use KDE/Plasma6 on top of XLibre, well, that's a pretty big undertaking, I'm not sure that making a support request for that is reasonable; it's more like asking for a whole new version of the OS.
If you're willing to do all the work to make it happen, I'm sure the community would be appreciative.
