Cannot update from 25.01-R14.2p3

I think I tried already 5 times to simply start a
sudo pkg upgrade -f
due to kernel version mismatch. But it does not finish. I always get database closed while running or something similar. Do I have to reinstall GhostBSD from scratch?

I am finally on 25.02-R14.3p4. It seems I have to watch the upgrade progress for 1740 packages and press a bit on the keyboard.
Is it possible that the installer and the laptop energy saving interfere somehow?
