recent update, wi-fi instability

After the recent update, is anyone else having Wi-Fi instability issues?

I have the if_iwlwifi.ko module loaded as has been since the install.

Weird, turned off the laptop for a day, went back to a known good BE, updated.

been running smoothly since then
