I was wondering if there is a way to install in text mode. The graphics environment is nice, but it is quite memory intense and that bans smaller devices like a MacBook Air 2013 I have laying around waiting for a BSD.
It would be nice to have the graphics installer running from a Live CS/USB like Debian and friends.
Although I acknowledge the fact that a RAMDISK gives a much snappier experience, it is a pity to ban older devices from the GhostBSD experience. It would be a nice way to give them a second chance and work against programmed obsolescense...
Is there any place where older GhostBSD images are kept? The last I tried had issues with the trackpad, bit, at least it booted. I would like to give it a try with an external keyboard and then upgrade to the current version.
