In prior releases, including 25.01-R14.2p3, the ISO would run the Live GhostBSD with 4096MB of virtual memory. In 25.02-R14.3p2, it will do so with 5120 or 6144MB, but with 4096 I get 'out of space' in the swap-based memdisk:
