User Guide ('help' in System Menu) too pale to read

Hi hope someone can help me.
I've got GhostBSD 25.01-R14.2p3 installed to a Lenovo Thinkpad X230 Intel Core i7-3520M with 8GB RAM. It's running very sweetly but when I try to reference the 'Help (User Guide)' from the System menu, the user guide windows sort of pops up but is too pale to read and I can only see the headings (ie no body text). Is there some fix for this please?

Thanks. I changed the MATE desktop theme to Vimix-Light and can see the text in the Help (User Guide) screens. It's still acting a bit stange though, because none of the inline hyperlinks or the chapter section jump hyperlinks respond to mouse clicks.
