I do prefer a dedicated documentation platform. I find narrative/guide-style documentation to be valuable for novice-intermediate topics but as more unique configurations and demands arise in intermediate-advanced implementations, more in depth technical reference style documentation ensures understanding of the technology, not just the GhostBSD implementation thereof.
Where my needs are not met by GhostBSD's current documentation, I look upstream (FreeBSD) and direct-upstream for specific softare projects like XFCE, MATE, VirtualBox, etc...
