I feel like the forum highlights the documentation gaps of the project. And not just the technical documentation gaps, but the organizational/project gaps.
Not just the places where GhostBSD doesn't accomplish 100% (*like bluetooth, multi vendor multi card graphic setups, adding hard drives, user management, encryption... ) but where the project is going, what it needs to accomplish those goals, who is leading, when they meet/update.
I do enjoy the wild array of skill level of user that is represented in the forums. I feel like the project does a good job inviting all and not just tolerating, but finding the mutual understanding levels with experts sharing their wisdom and novices openly asking questions and sharing experiences.
Forums will always surge and retreat like waves with larger world events and system evolutions.
I do feel it is critically important that the experience (uptime/responsiveness) is critical to the continued success of the forums. Using forums that are slow or even timeout is a quit experience for me.
