From About:
"Combining the reliability of FreeBSD with the elegance of the MATE desktop environment, we aim to deliver a stable and straightforward computing solution for both everyday users and developers."
I would trade 'elegance' for 'simplicity' as the MATE desktop is rather simple in appearance, tuning, options... but that's a managing expectations and personal perspective.
That said, I don't feel like the About page needs to say any more or any less.
The Mission & Features describes the "readiness" of GhostBSD, which is where I believe @vimanuelt 's emphasis and compartive tables attempt to illustrate in detail what is described generally.
If anything, more openly acknowledging the downstream/upstream relationship with FreeBSD and the specific branch thereof, could be part of the 'Features'. That's a recent adjustment which was overtly discussed, announced, and released with NOTES exactly to that affect, but the next Update/Release will fade the FreeBSD-RELEASE related announcements as the normal, as such identifying the specific branch of FreeBSD that GhostBSD is based on feels like an appropriate addition to the About page.
