I have an apple silicon MBP that I’ve been trying to get GhostBSD to run on for the past week. I’ve tried Parallels and Qemu. Not sure what I’m doing wrong, haven’t had any problems in the past on my x86 mbp.

Is there an updated guide on how to run it on Parallels? Their new update doesn’t have the options the guide.

Are there plans on arm64 support now that the devs have switched to the release channel?

Running GhostBSD on Apple Silicon (arm64) is a bit trickier than on Intel Macs because:

    1. GhostBSD doesn't officially support arm64 yet.

    2. Parallels and QEMU support is limited unless you're running a fully compatible FreeBSD image.

    3. The move to the FreeBSD release channel means more stability, but it doesn’t automatically bring ARM64 support.
