I'm looking to purchase a new laptop. My question is: Will GhostBSD start with laptops with integrated power-on fingerprint sensors? I don't need the fingerprint sensor to work; I just want to know whether it will power up without issues. Specifically I'm looking at the Lenovo range of Thinkpads and Thinkbooks.
My intention with the new laptop would be to install BSD on whole disk (no Windows partition).
I'm not eager to depart with 1,000 shekels to turn a new laptop into a brick.
