Where is libutil.h?

I'm trying to compile python on FreeBSD.

I've had several problems with openpty.
python/cpython130456

I managed to get it to find the libutil.so.9 library.

But I'm missing the header.

I can't find it.

However, it does exist if I look at the openpty documentation.

Why the file is no longer there?

ls /usr/include/libutil.h
ls: /usr/include/libutil.h: No such file or directory

Remarks:
My GhostBSD installation is fresh.

Suryavarman GhostBSD no longer comes with development tools preinstalled. To enable the capability to compile code and ports, install the GhostBSD*-dev packages. These packages include essential build tools, compilers, and libraries necessary for software development. Use the following command to install them:

sudo pkg install -g 'GhostBSD*-dev'
