Hi!
I finally was able to install GhostBSD (on entire disk only, single partition install I wasn't able).
I list some package a vanilla installation I'd like:
-all Nvidia proprietary drivers (to have your desktop system -if using Nvidia cards- visually perfect)
-xrandr (to manage monitor res and freq)
-cups smb backend (cups-smb-backend, foomatic, hpijs, samba and so forth, to print through Samba shares)
-gsed (for GNU sed old users)
-xterm (to have a legacy terminal)
-more Mate screensavers or Xscreensaver
-a way to have ports tree easily installed
-a way to have boot splash screen easily turned on
I like very much GhostBSD... really!
Some more packages in vanilla distro I'd like...

Thank, Most of your recommendation will be added in the project.

Thank you!
About boot splash screen, if you think could be useful, you could consider a script I wrote for FreeBSD,
to use whichever image with whichever resolution as splash screen (and possibly using a text on it)
https://sites.google.com/site/vaisarger ... plashimage
(it depends on Image Magick package).
