MATE main menu customization.

Hello! I would like to change the default menu items. But I do not know how to do it.

The duckduckgo search reveals the mate-tweak utility among other things. Don't look for that one, though, it doesn't really work on GhostBSD/FreeBSD! That's why Eric forked it: It's available as station tweak in the mate control panel.

About the initial question: I've never dug that deeply into MATE. I bet that there's some info on that out there, but I don't know exactly where.
