Welcome to GhostBSD!
By default wine in FreeBSD and therefore GhostBSD is command line only. There used to be a wine gui called playonbsd but that is no longer available. You can try suyimazu

Thx. Then how to launch winetricks etc?

As Nevile recommended I would recommend using suyimazu which will make it easier to use wine.
